Lakefield Care is a boutique NDIS Care Provider with a growing clientele.  We urgently seek more staff to keep up with demand:

1. Experienced female Support Worker for female participant in Wynnum for immediate start, approx 6 hours per week.  
2. Experienced male Support Worker in Raceview for personal care for a palliative male participant.  
3. Mature male experienced Support Worker for a male participant in Grange who requires  Community access and personal care.  Approx 8 hours per week.
4. Middle-aged, female, dementia-experienced Support Worker required for a participant who resides in Mt Gravatt seeking support services on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
5. Experienced male and female Mental Health Support Workers in Brisbane North and South.

Lakefield Care is seeking experienced Support Workers who can not only provide consistency, warmth and rapport with our clients but also offer professionalism. We seek people who are reliable, friendly and trustworthy and who can offer an above and beyond approach.

Lakefield Care recognises the value of both formal and informal experiences. We also recognise the value of lived experiences – often something that other Service Providers ignore.

We offer excellent rates of pay above the Award wage and are lovely to work for. All applicants must have a car, Drivers Licence and comprehensive car insurance in addition to mandatory documentation for disability work.
