Lakefield Care is a unique care provider that offers supports based around each Participants lifestyle and environment. We give you the choice and control over your care team and recognise the importance of trust, familiarity and friendliness between the Participant and each member of their team. 

Coming in to a Participant’s home means that the participant has to retain complete control. We encourage open and honest communication and will never question any request by the Participant for a change of staff.

We truly understand that Participants are not defined by their disability but by their personality, and each are complemented with consistency, warmth and rapport from their specialised Support Workers. 

From requiring support to fufill their lifelong dream of fishing or golfing, or and extra hand making meals at home, Lakefield Care has supports that work for you. 

Our tertiary educated and experienced Support Workers undergo a stringent recruitment process (one that recognises the value of lived experience - something other Service Providers ignore) and offer exceptional wealth of knowledge, experience and empathy to our Participants.

We have a strong belief in the benefit of continued education and support our employees to pursue any formal qualification that may interest them.
